This is an important public outreach opportunity for LDAS and we are currently searching for a suitable site as it will require good access to the western horizon. We now in the approval of the Conservators of Therfield Heath and Greens to hold the viewing there and will be asking for volunteers to help. Mike Eltringham has put together a document for members that wish to attend the event on the heath. The committee will issue it along with plans for the day, lets hope it is clear!!. N.B. The next total eclipse in the UK will not occur until 23 September 2090
