Our membership year starts on March 1st annually and subscription fees are:
Existing members pay £17 annually.
People joining from 1 March 2017 to 31 August 2017 pay £17. If you join between 1 Sept 2017 and March 1st 2018 your membership will go through to February 2018 (you get upto 18 months membership for your £17).
Full time students are entitled to free membership on proof of student status.
Note about bank transfers: These are payments made online, by standing order, by telephone, or over the counter at a branch of your own bank. Please direct your payment into the society’s account, as shown on the membership form. The society prefers its subscriptions to be paid in this way for three reasons. Firstly, it saves unnecessary work and trips to the bank. Secondly, it improves record-keeping because each transfer gets listed discretely by the bank with its payer named alongside. Thirdly, because we bank online, the treasurer can quickly respond and inform the membership secretary.
