    Please enter the details below to submit a booking request to the Observing Co-Ordinator for using the Society's Observatory and Main Telescope.

    Presuming the date requested is available, the Observing Co-Ordinator will make arrangements for a keyholder and telescope operator to be present (if these are not already in your party). Be aware though that it may take some time to make these arrangements, so please give as much notice as possible for your visit.

    The Observing Co-Ordinator will contact you as soon as possible to confirm whether or not the booking request has been successful, pending the above arrangements. Please wait for this confirmation before going ahead with your booking.
